Came with a bunch of stuff from an old polish military factory. The most overbuilt and smoothest speedloader I have used. Obviously supposed to be bolted down, but I just had it lying on the table, still worked great.
I would presumably date this thing to being from the 1960s to early 1980s. So Podavich before Podavich.
