Gulasz wieprzowy - Polish pork stew is, like many Polish dishes, a very simple and easy to cook recipe. My mum was cooking it quite often when I was a child and it was one of most favorite food. Works very well with boiled potatoes, rice, or buckwheat groats (my favorite). I'm cooking it in an Instant Pot Duo pressure cooker but any pressure cooker will be good. Just select the stew (or similar) option.
Ingredients:
700g pork shoulder
about 500ml chicken stock
salt, 1/2 black peppercorns
2 tbsp flour
1 bay leaves
1 large onion (diced)
