In this video we are playing with our new go-now.pl padded training sabres!
These are really fun and allow for safe training with minimal safety gear.
They are perfect for practicing the famous Polish cross-cut during sparring without having to hold back in fear of injuring your sparring partners, and whats not to love about hitting your friends as hard as you can? 😁

i absolutely ADORE sabre's but due to my body size/porportions i dont think its a weapon that i could quite "click" with if that makes sense? Sabres at least to me tend to lean more to more lanky lean builds i may very well be wrong and my instructor was just an asshole haha

It definitely helps to have a reach advantage with being taller but apart from that I think sabre is great for everyone 😁

For what it's worth, I'm a fairly slim dude of a little under average height, and I'm fairly regularly holding my own in tournaments. Go out there and do it, you'll be fine!

They are really good! We're planning on getting some arming sword versions to bring to local reenactments so anyone can get involved with what we do 😀
