+ohdeardonna have you tried sectioning your tail into two parts and then tease them with a comb a little? :) Use some texturising spray to give it a bit grip

THANK YOU FOR THIS TUTORIAL!! I am a ponytail girl. It comes with the mom-territory, I think. I will have drab, boring ponytails no more!! So easy to do, even with freshly washed hair. Dry, curl (quickly too, doesn't even need to be well done which I LOVE) and put it up. Hurray for no longer looking like a zombie while dropping the kid off at school :)

I usually really like the hair in your videos but this time it is all too messy for my taste. It looks like you just rolled out of bed after sleeping in that ponytail... ;-)) The un-combed teasing would also freak me out, as I knew it (the nest ..) was there, even of it can't be seen...
I love all your videos. The other day I tried a fresh in 15... took 17 to do my face and 5 for the hair. Not too bad. Actually question on that - I slept with my hair in a braid and took it out in the AM for a wave, but the bottom (long, fine hair) always tangles and frizzes terribly. What I can use for that to keep it smooth and tangle free? Also, I love your voice. So soft and soothing. Love.
Cute pony, but that placement would give me a headache. I need a pony (or any updo, really) either on the nape or above the crown. I'll try the texturizing product on the midlengths, though.

I don’t even fuss that much, if my hair is straight or slightly waved I just pull it back into the pony and then pull up slightly on sections on the top and sides to get that lift, then retighten the back. Easy
