Final polish on a straight razor blade. Wet sanded up to 12k, then I polished with Flitz using a wool ball and felt Dremel attachments at low/medium speed. There are a couple pauses where I’m changing the bits.
Not a mirror finish on this one, like the two you see in the background, but 100x better than it was when I started. I have some replica vintage scales on the way. Going to try and maintain the classic look.
