Trump's campaign started 24 months in advance and Biden's (aborted) campaign started 18 1/2 months in advance. That's the *normal* time frame for running a campaign for president. Cornell West's started 16 months in advance, Jill Stein started 12 months back and Chase Oliver started 19 months back, 23 if you count the exploratory committee. Again: that's the time frame you need.
