When everyone keeps saying Justice yahya is always taking his own line and most of the time he is alone and in minority. He tries to balance and avoids causing problems to tressury and opposition. However, being CJSC he wouldn't be able to display this trick. As a CJSC he can't go in minority because it will show he's a weak CJ and he can't afford to get in this embarrassing situation in every decision. I believe as CJ he had to be brave enough to call spade a spade and end his diplomatic justice.

seniority is a good principle for promotion but not in all cases. however, Mansoor Ali shah is gem, his elevation could hv been great for legal justice system of pakistan.

The big loss to the Pakistan judiciary is the loosing of Qazi faiz Essa,i have never found such clean and credible judge in the nearest history of Pakistan. He had no leaning towards pump and show and money and monitory benefits. He has taken no plots and retuned government vehicles snd used to come on foot to his office in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. He belongs to a very respectable family who played very strong role in the creation of Pakistan
