What are you? Ten years old? My original comment here was to point out the fact that, in the past, the CIA has acted any way BUT scrupulous. Chile 1973, Guatemala 1954, Iran 1953, Nicaragua in the 80s etc etc. The U.S. is not a force for democracy in the world. Since WW2 it has been a force for instability, insurrection, and disruption of the democratic process. It is, essentially, a force for American corporations acting internationally. Read William Blum if you're up to a challenge.

You know what I like about this guy the most? He doesn't let delusional haters stop him from trying to make the world better. I don't give a damn if 97% of the world hates him, I know he is a good man and is only trying to help the world.

If civil societies like EU, UK, USA, Canada protect & feed terrorists of another country you cant blame incocent civilians been massacred on the battle field. Before turn on to others to blame, criticize your own policies on conflicts first and do not repeat same mistakes from one conflict to another. If Taliban had been eleminated by Russia, Afganistan could have been peaceful today. If you removed Sadam from his dictatorsip then you should be also able to see LTTE in the same perspective.

kja. People are invited to join the CIA only after a rigorous selection process. You must be a truthful person with an impeccible character, and to love the United States of America with your very soul. President Obama, the very best American, gives devotion to these brave representatives of freedom, people who he fully trusts and loves. All the CIA has ever done is good. They do God's work.

bapyou. It is not hard. It is quite easy. You act decently, and it is clear when the opposition "has no scruples". If you in fact act even worse than opposition, then they will not only look better, but may even take on some of your ideas.

President Obama: "I am going to need you more than ever." Why wouldn't he say, "America is going to need you more than ever." Is it an acknowledgement, though perhaps subtle, that clandestine covert operations are not truly in the best interests of the USA? Obama has a difficult job. I wish he would set out in a truly new direction and work for very deep and substantial change - to resolve fundamental iniquitous aspects of American society.
