Regarding the 5% increase in the rental limit, is the government going to limit the amount of property tax or assessed values, the price of insurance, or the cost of maintenance items like roofing or appliances? There are too many pieces involved in owning a rental property that can not and should not be regulated.
One reason some people are mad at others is due to being uneducated and told what to think. They don't do their own research. Most people do not even know the name of their local city representative and have never been to a city council, village, or town board meeting. They don't know how the government works. The biggest problem the general public has is a lack of participation in their local government.
