Constitutional Amendment (Article 368)taken from Soth Africa comes in part 20.Union legislature has power to amend Constitution.Basic structure can't be amended.Our Constitution is neither rigid nor flexible.Bill of Constitutional Amendment can be introduced in any house of Parliament.
