Pollok Parkrun 

Another cool day but at least it was sunny. This was my 143rd Parkrun and second at Pollok.
I cycled 11.5 km (7.1 miles) because I thought would be a good warmup.I got to the start just as the run director was making the starting announcements.
I ran the without stopping & finished with a Pollok Parkrun PB of 32:15. Today I was 233rd (142nd male & 12th in my age group) of 336 runners.
