Counseling patients about taking medications in Rheumatology. Your approach discussing side effects and how do you talk them into taking medications 3. Your approach managing Anti MDA 5 dermatomyositis 4. Your approach with patients failing everything and how to keep them interested or engaged in trying different therapies and getting evaluated for alternative diagnoses when they get frustrated?
I had four Rituxin treatments with my last one being on June 7 I also have ITP. My platelets have come up from 57 to 100 but I’m still having some some pain with my RA. at times being pretty bad I’m not sure if I should continue with the Rituxin treatment I know it takes a while for Rituxin to start working not sure what to due? can’t take methotrexate.
