Viewer don't forget that because of the morals of the times there was always a caveat to each of these Hitchcock episodes whereby no one got off scott free, unlike our politicians of today.

A more recent Polly Bergen performance was in the HBO series The Sopranos. She played Tony's Fathers mistress. It was a great part for her, and was a great storyline.

@@huskyjerk Just before his death, the man inherited a lot of money by way of an electronic equipment he invented while in jail. So the police dug up his past to find his beneficiary … Who else is the beneficiary other than his legal wife.. motive of murder proved.

She should've just said, "yeah I knew him it was my crazy stalker ex". Mightve been more believed especially if proof of a previous relationship, the marriage, is somewhere out there
