Had this recorded on vhs, this was my childhood, this was one of my fave songs, that and What A Gentlemen Does, Hot Atlanta, the church/wedding song and Coming Home!!! Also had coming to america recorded which tbh I was too young to be watching as well lol.

I boght the bootleg off ebay years ago....not as good as the first film and the songs are lame vs all the songs are good in the first one. Same actors though
Yes, since I've made it know that this movies are available Amazon and Ebay users have been selling them at a much HIGHER price. About 50 buck a piece. I know before when I was looking for them I said that no amount was too much but you can get these great movies for a REASONALBE amount.
If you buy a lot of Disney DVDs or know people who do, you can also join the Disney Movie Rewards program, save up 1350 points, and order the DVDs from there if you don't wish to join the club or pay $50 for each movie on DVD. That's what I did and I got them in the mail last week. Loved both of them. Way better than the dreck infecting Disney Channel these days, and these movies actually have substance and good messages for the viewers.
apparently there is a dvd of "Polly." Someone posted on the broadwayworld site that they found the dvd at a flea market. So it must be available somewhere, at least online maybe.
Yes, these movies are now available on Ebay or Amazon but I'm telling those sellers are buying them from the Disney Movie Club and REselling them at a higher rate...it's up to you though...enjoy!!

Yes, The Disney Movie Club(DMC) sells this movie and its sequel to CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. You have to sign up for their club to buy it. Either the person selling it at the flea market purchased it from the DMC website or from someone on Ebay, Amazon etc who bought them from the DMC site and is selling them at a slightly higher rate. Since I've posted the links to the site they have become more available. Becareful of whom you choose to buy the DVDs from.
I'm not sure it might be the same set from what Wikipedia says that set has been used for many Shows and Movies. FYI since I've made it know that these movies are for sell through the DMC they've been on sale on Ebay and Amazon PLEASE know that whoever is reselling them are selling them for WAAAAAAAY more than if you were to get them from the club. You can cancel membership after you place your orders so don't feel you have to be a full fledged member.
+matt k. Well... According to the IMDB (in www.imdb.com/title/tt0100385/soundtrack?ref_=tt_trv_snd), this song was written by Michael Cruz... and different people wrote different songs from the movie. Menken is not mentioned anywhere... so... apparently not.
