In this video, this car came to me with a cooling fan failed and car was showing heating indicator, the fan was already replaced by other garage, just 3 months back to a Made in China Fan. In the video I have also shown throttle body cleaning and learning on VCDS. please watch the video to see the procedure!!!

I have no idea how you fixed it but I have the same car just a 1.4 . I took it to get fixed last year but it is overheating again. The fan doesn’t go on when it overheats. Any advise?

You have to investigate why fan is not coming on, first scan car and check DTC you will get idea, on scanner give command to fan activator then watch weather fan is getting on ..... Go to experienced technician who can do this job.

Sir sam problem hai but new fan installed kiya toh woh chalta hai n 1-2sec.mei bandh hojata hai kya scanning karke sab karenge tabhi installed ke baad new fan start hoga? Plz jaldi reply dena mera car abhi bhi garag mei hai

Scan karke kya DTC hai dekho, fan 85 temprature mein chalega, AC on karne pe chalta hai to sahi hai, koi fault nahi hai, sirf DTC scaner se delet karo

Please guy my polo tsi is overheating and i changed thermostat, water pump,fun plug and temperature sensor but still the fun is not running but when i bypass the fun its running so i dont know what is the problem anymore because after the diagnosis still says temperature sensor

If you give me complete information about, did you scan your car? Then give me dtc, whether radiator fan is spinning properly. If reservoir is overflowing? Check thermostat and radiator if choked.

Did you replace the entire fan with motor or just motor?

@@devautoelectronics I too own a polo and my radiator fan runs pretty loud. It kicks in pretty soon, sometimes as soon as I start my car's engine. And then dash lights start blinking making it look like some voltage issue. These wanna be professionals or so called mechanics here doesn't even know what's causing it despite of diagonsing it.. Even to install a damn starter they need a day. At first I thought replacing the radiator fan was a rocket science or something but you made it look so easy. Thanks for the video mate. I owe you one.

@@shaggymike03 Dash flikering is sometimes dry solders or loose soket contacts, replacing fan is very easy, you can do it yourself..... Thanks for watching

Mere car polo 1.2 petrol 2012 Ka fan jaise hi car mein key lagata hoon bahut speed mein ghumne lagta hai car bina start k hi. Aur key nikal ne kuchh der baad band ho Jata hai,Kya problem ho sakta hai bhai.

@@devautoelectronics sir Fan change karwa diya aur engine mein jo temperature sensor hai usko change kar diya Lekin fan full speed mein ghumta rehta hai please koi solution bataye pareshaan ho gya hoon.

@@realroamers4098 fan mein 2 signal ayega ECM se CAN HIGH & LOW signal usko check karna hai.... Sada electrician se nahi hoga, expert ke pass jao usko samjega...... CAN signal kahi short hai to aisa problem aa sakta hai

Fan is not working machanic said you need to change entire fan so is their any other options instead of changing fan if we can change only fan motor is this work.

Change only motor but put original, no need to change full assembly

Fisrst check 12 volt near fan connetot, if 12 volt ok then fan faulty

Sir meri vento me ac on karne pe fan chalu hota hai par gaadi heat hoti hai ac off rehta hai to fan chalu nahi hota 100 degree garam hone pe bhi

Ye fault bahut hi difficult aur tacticle hoti hai, scanner mein live data check karna hoga 93 degree mein fan on hona chahiye, kisi ache diagnostics ke pass jao

ITS COSTLY cable with programe CD, you can buy cheap one on amazon ELM327 and download its software on google

normal mein to slow hi ghumta hai jab gadi chalate hai aur temprature badta hai tabhi fast ghumega .... pani reserve tanki mein back mar raha hai to fan ka problem nahi hai
