POLST and Coronavirus: If you get sick, do your orders match your wishes? 

This 5-minute video assists those who have a POLST (Portable Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment) form in reviewing the form to ensure that the orders match their wishes for care and treatment, if they get sick during the Coronavirus emergency.
The goal of this 5-minute video “POLST and Coronavirus: If you get sick, do your orders match your wishes?” is to: 1) Assist people who already have a POLST in reviewing their form, 2) Clarify what the orders mean in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, 3) Verify that the orders are still reflect their wishes for care and treatment, 4) Encourage conversation with their families about their wishes, and 5) Assist those whose forms do not aligned with their wishes in getting their form changed or voided.
