I have the Polychromos 120 set and absolutely love it, the colors are amazing and the pencils are excellent quality, they hold a point so well! Lovely video as usual. Could you please make a video in the future about your favorite types of papers for pencils and watercolors? It would be very helpful!
Archers Hot Press Watercolour Paper (has the pink block on the cover) is by far the best you can buy for colour pencils, in my opinion. That is if your budget will allow for it of course. It’s great for commission work of gallery work, that way you can make your money back on the investment a lot easier 😊
Please do a Holbein colored pencil review and comparison between other oil based pencils , or maybe the Mitsubishi unicolor pencils because they are cheaper than the Holbein but people say there are similar! They are available through Amazon Japan
i think there are a lot of similar colors in the pablos, or am I wrong? the redish browns and the moss greens for example. or is it because of the camera light :)
So needed right now. I bought the luminance, but it isn’t for me. The pablos aren’t available locally for me, but the polychromos were. Before I order any Pablo’s, I wanted to see if it was worth it. I just want a vibrant pencil.
Could you please do a dupes vs unique to each set, please? Eg. If you have one set but want to supplement it with the unique pencils from the other set. Can’t afford both for sure but could get a few open stock. Would be really helpful
I was just thinking the same thing! My local store has Pablo's but not Polys and I just got the full Poly set. It would be nice to know which are"new"colors vs a quick replacement of I don't want to pay shipping for one pencil
Great video! Was very interesting to compare those swatches. But still very curious why some people don't like Pablo's? Except for color preference is there anything else? If someone can comment on that appreciate ❤️
