I need to spend more time re-reading this, but if we start to consider time / experience as a topological landscape, the insights about humans being inside a wave form may be related. Stephers just introduced me to the idea of acoustic topology and perhaps the film "Masking Threshold." wrenchinthegears.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Electromagnetism-in-terms-of-Space-and-Time-v1.pdf en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masking_Threshold_(film)

Its all pressure mediation governed by geometries. The angle of entry of chi into the torus governs the outcome in the disruption area..Like blowing on a trumpet..
Fascinating clip, I've watched loads of Segall's lectures. I've got his book: Crossing the threshold, but I'm yet to read it. I also watched a conversation between him and Levin not so long ago that was interesting - they were more on the same page. Whereas here they seem in conflict somewhat. Process philosophy is fascinating and Whiteheads work is really interesting, he was an underrated pioneer of thought definitely. It shows how conceited and arrogant Levins work is though, imo.
