I have had my tracker for about a year and a half. Embarrassed as I am to admit, it has sat in the box, time and skill(lack) aside. I have NO musical background and just pulled the trigger......your video series has really helped me immensely. Your drawings and explanations provided me some grounding to understand how everything works. I have been lost at times but am determined to persevere. In a nut shell, thanks for all the effort. I am yet to get my head around it all and produce a song ......but I am motivated. I came so close to selling it a week ago...then found your channel. It ain't going anywhere now......I should mention that in my excitement over the Tracker Ideal...I ordered the Dirtwave M8 in March..... 😆. Seriously, I so need help. Thanks again mate.. One more thing where are you located?
Everyone is on their own music journey so don't feel bad. But i am glad you didn't sell yours. For me, music wasn't really in my life until I got LSDJ and the tracker workflow just clicked with me. Maybe because I am a programmer. I am happy to hear that this series was useful for you, There's a lot to get through so definitely watch the other videos. Trackers are really fun and quick when you get into the workflow. I have been thinking about getting the Dirtywave M8 to do another workflow series but I might have to do it with a teensy and computer.
