I live in America and my parents are from Cambodia but I speak fluent Syrian and Palestine Arabic and of course Classical Arabic. However, I want to learn German. it seems that you're really knowledgeable in it. Any pointers you would like to share with me as someone who doesn't know a lick of German except for greetings and such?

Josh, it is wild--sometimes when I hear Portuguese (especially from Portugal) I think it is Russian! I don't know what the similarity in sound is, but it is there for me sometimes!
Chinese could improve- also when you say you have "2 dads" like that in Chinese, we thought you meant they're gay, so maybe don't say dads in that way haha
