For making earrings do I bake it first then put the earrings post in or put the posts in then bake

Usually you can bake the clay with the post! For examples I bake my keychains with the eyespins, no problem. However I’ll always suggest reading on the product if it’s safe to do so first. If the posts are all metal, there shouldn’t be a problem baking it ❤️

Like make figurine cats that you can “adopt”? ☺️❤️ I haven’t made cats before, but it sounds so cute, however I try to stick to a few types of figurines for now so that I don’t overwhelm myself 😅❤️

Hey! 🫶🏻 You don’t need to let polymer clay dry, you can bake it right away or wait till whenever you feel like baking it! 💕

OMG GIRLY, tysm for making this! anyway, question. Trying to avoid ANYTHING toxic, (im not sure what its called by i thing its the glazing process?) For that, is there any other products i can use that arent toxic? TYSM!! LOVE YOU ❤

Hey! ❤️ I totally get that you want to avoid anything toxic, but it definitely makes glazing more tricky as most glazes are toxic 🙃 BUT I’m pretty sure that Sculpeys “Gloss Glaze” is non toxic and should also give a durable shiny result. However I’ve never used it, but I’ve heard it should be a good alternative! I suggest you look into it ☺️🫶🏻

This is probably a silly question, but when using the rubbing alcohol, is it before or after you put the clay to bake? And how do you use it on the clay?

Not a bad question at all! I use it before baking. Strong alcohol percentage = strong removing effect. I dip a q-tip in the rubbing alcohol and just remove any residue that way ❤️
