Cute puppies, but almost ALL puppies are cute. These two were described as 'miniature' Pomeranians. Question: what makes them 'miniature'? Pomeranians are already tiny dogs. They look to me as if they will grow into normal size Poms. I'm truly interested in what defines a miniature Pom.
