The development is still very much under work and there are many phases we are still to go through before we can apply finishes and close up works. At the moment the land banks that we own are located in Harare. Due to the sheer size of these land banks and the amount of work required to develop on them, our current focus is to deliver our promises to our clients. Our vision to put 1 Billion bricks by 2050 is based on the estimate of how many bricks and the time needed to fully develop out our vision on the land banks we own.

Hi Adrian. Asphalt roads are favoured in this part of the world because of their value proposition to the end users. It is a flexible pavement that absorbs shock better, costs less to apply and maintain, lays faster and because our volume of traffic is not high enough to require a concrete road. You will notice that concrete roads are reserved for Highways and Byways that have massive amounts traffic.
