I still don't know a lot about streaming, do streamers never turn off their pc which is why the stream never end or the stream still keep going even while pc is off unless turn it off via the software...

I wouldn't be surprised if people don't turn off their computer these days because computers go into sleep mode when left running so there is no real need to turn the computer off. However when streaming OBS will prevent your computer from going to sleep in order to keep the stream running. This most likely explains what lead up to this.

it's the bridge to Diamond City Lights, which I'm assuming you're familiar with if you know Lazulight (but if you don't, it's their group song and it's a banger) the song in the video specifically is a Eurobeat remix of DCL, there's a link to that in the description. I edited it a bit by adding Pomu's kahen 3-ren mix over it and speeding it up back to the original tempo of the song.
