A lot of people use Formalin and Malachite however I never found that to work the way I would have liked.
However, to help any treatment try adding Hydrogen Peroxide to the pond a couple of days before this has a mild effect on the body of the fish making the fluke treatment a little more effective.
However I have not had fluke for 3 maybe 4 years and I put this down to treating the pond in the winter Fist week December full dose first week Jan quarter dose and again March.
