YOU'RE LUCKY YOU ORDERED THE HOLDEN BRACKET......THIS QUICK FIX "DOES NOT WORK".....THIS GUY OBVIOUSLY HAS A STOCK G8 GT........ NOT THE HORSEPOWER YOU OR ME HAS BETWEEN 475 to 550HP IS MY RANGE AND I DESTROYED MY TOP ENGINE TENSIONER AND SOME HOSES GOT SMACKED OFF BECAUSE WHEN IT THREW OFF IT SNAPPED AND HIT MY SERPENTINE BELT OFF STRIPPED MY TOP IDLER PULLEY TENSIONER AND DAMAGED A BUNCH OF OTHER SMALL CRAP COST ME ALMOST $400 TO GET EVERYTHING BACK ON AND IN ORDER.....AND GUESS WHAT.... I STILL NEED TO GET THE HOLDEN BRACKET NOW !!!!!!🙄 YOU DID THE RIGHT THING BY GETTING THE BRACKET.....THIS GUY PROBABLY HAS LESS THAN 400HP.....HE (DOESN'T) KNOW WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT..... AND HE'S AUSTRALIAN....HOME OF THE HOLDEN....."WTF" DONT YOU EVER REGRET GETTING THE BRACKET BRO' 👌🏽

Don’t need that when you can just use a belt.

The compressor is damaged because of this type of maintenance. The resonance that causes this is still there. This is not the correct way to fix it.

It’s should yes because the pulleys are in the same line!

It won’t just get the double pulley bracket. You see how his composite compressor pulley is fucked yours will be exactly the same way

Oh yeah man it’s so strong

Man it’s so simple, you literally just take off the tensioner and run the new belt from the crack to the AC pulley
