Artemus, our 1968 Pontiac Superior Ambulance, is heading to Norwalk, Ohio for the Pontiac Nationals! Zeppy and I are excited to meet up with friends ‪@PoleBarnGarage‬ ‪@LucoreAuto‬ ‪@AutomotiveAdventuresWithAustin‬ ‪@JunkyardDigs‬ ‪@butlerperformancepontiac‬‪@Rustrevivalgarage‬, explore the swap meet, watch the drag races and wheelie contest, and check out the amazing show cars. We've got Artemus all washed up and the oil changed, ready for the 424-mile drive to Summit Motorsports Racing Park. It should take us about 6 ½ hours, so let's hit the road!

Your take on this event is great. I love that car There are many old Cadalac hearses out there restored or just back on the road, but Artemus is special. I have seen one other on a U tube channel that I cant find again. Love your work and dedacation.

In my younger days I was in a car club. But we would go on cruises and end at a restaurant for an impromptu cruise in/car show. Some had really nice cars. Then there was me with my 70 shortbed C-10 red with white roof that was rusted out? Rockers gone, cab corners had speed holes, still rocking the inline 6 and 3 speed. It seems today’s car clubs are more trailer queens and roped off car shows. Takes the fun out of it. Drive them and enjoy them folks!

Thankfully, there are dads like you and Dalton that are teaching your boys like Zeppy and JD about cars and growing their appreciation, not so much for the "pretty" cars, but just cars in general. Thank you guys for showing US that we don't need a concourse car to enjoy our old cars. People like you, Dalton, and Kevin have inspired me to go out and make a deal on something that needed to be saved and inspired me to show the world through RU-vid (no people, not this account LOL). For the record, those boomers are just mad because they are finding out they didn't need to sink 10's of thousands on a car they are now afraid to drive. They could have just spent a couple of grand and ENJOYED their car with no worries about little dings and scratches.

Hey there Jay! I drive a truck LTL and was talking to our Effingham driver Gary the other day. He was telling me about this super cool old blue Pontiac ambulance that was outside the T town grade school. I got a little excited when I told him I knew all about the car and that I follow your channel on RU-vid. He really loves your ambulance and so do I. Just thought that was worth sharing with you. I remember back in my teen years back in the 1980's .I'd buy two 20 piece Mc Nuggets .a large fry and large coke and i'd slam it all down in one sitting ...That was back when the nuggets still tasted good 😮

The people that own a trailer queen so to speak haven't got a clue what kind of gas mileage their junk can get on a road trip but also, have no chance of getting a thrill off running a 7.40 in a wagon because they don't. My idea of what a "show car" could be and other people's ideas are far detached from each other. Indian Larry R.I.P.
