Same here. If someone tried to give that to me I would tell them to eat it themselves. Nasty Pooh toast I rather eat regular toast whether if it has peanut butter or just regular butter on it.

This toaster almost burnt down our camper. We started the toaster, and shortly afterwards the toaster was cheerfully playing that music while it was spewing fire and smoke.

It's a MIRACLE!!! First Jesus on a grilled cheese sandwich, now Winnie & Tigger on toast. I've been to church but I've never played "Pooh Sticks". I'll give that a try, perhaps I can become the First Prophet of the Revelation of Pooh.

I had this toaster when I had my kitchen done in winnie the pooh...Spice jars, canisters for flour and sugar...pot holders. tea pot. Even a set of dishes....SO yeah I had this...But I had to burn the toast to get the pictures to show up too. and I used to get so pissed off at my room mate for making toast at 5 am and making that song come on and wake me up...

I had a Pooh bear imprinter for toast. It was better because you'd make the toast and THEN put Pooh's picture on it. Then you could eat around Pooh and have toast that looked like him!!!

I actually remember this thing. The same company made a Mickey Mouse one, too. They used to (try and) sell them through catalogs, before they realized nobody wants burnt toast and dumped them all at Big Lots across the country.

i personally like this idea! i dont think the toast looks that bad and the not-burnt parts of the face should be able to balance it out. its super cute and i think people who really liked winnie the pooh/disney in general would definitely get it.

This reminds me of a Mickey Mouse toaster we had that did the same thing. It printed Mickey on the toast and played the Mickey Mouse march in a similar style

I had one of these but it was a dinosaur. Aside from the fact that I don't want Poh on my toast, the toast is sort of nasty because you get to the middle where the bread isn't toasted and its not a pleasant texture.

if you love the crunchy goodnees of a freshly burnt piece of toast then of course it will be a WIN, but I like my toast crunchy and not burnt so for me it's a FAIL. It's also a double fail because I dont find the thought of pooh (poo) on my toast as being appetising.

It's not the toy makers who named him. It's the son of the man who wrote the original "Winnie the Pooh" kids stories (A.A. Milne). Milne's son had a toy bear he called "Winnie ther Pooh" (and don't ask me what 'ther' means). Later, Winnie the Pooh was bought by Disney and it went downhill from there. Look up some original Winnie the Pooh stories by A.A. Milne in the library. They're extremely clever, adorable, and hilarious.
