The way I had to stop the video before it finish to write this comment. Miss Jemima sounded just like me when you are stuck in traffic in then all of the sudden the traffic starts moving but there isn’t reminisce of an accident or road construction or police pulled someone over, BUT BABY when she yelled “what was the reason”. That’s why I don’t mess with Sephora anymore. Last year I ordered a perfume set that they priced over $100. When I got it, it had a sticker on it saying the set was $89. When I contacted Sephora the lady was rude and lied. I even showed her proof and she kept denying it. Sephora made me mad a few times prior to that, but that experience was the last straw LOL.
