If the council is laughing out right and showing contempt for humans why are they helping if the council has better ships and crews there is no reason for the humans not to go home and repair Valiant and let those aliens showing contempt deal with their own problems
Captain John Walker? So, I’m guessing he was born via c-section, and his mother was sedated in the surgical recovery, and his father figured this was his one chance to name the kid after booze.
Hey, kudos for calling them star systems. Everyone else is calling them solar systems. There is only one solar system. Around the human's star, Sol. Everything else is named for its star, or collectively as star systems.
I guess a little preamble would have been appropriate. Why would the entire known galaxy need a single old human warship? A previous war that left all of them weak? A pandemic that killed billions? A series of natural disasters caused by an inconveniently located supernova? Storytelling is important. Starting at chapter three is wrong.
Resilience, precision, determination, resolute, magnitude once again used to excess in the absence of a vocabulary or plot. Again a hero ship somehow representing humanity with NO updates, no support tail from humanity single-handedly relied upon to do a task the entire "galactic council" can't manage. Excuse me. I'm going to throw up again.
