Poor Plowing/Salting By Greenfield, MA DPW part 1 

All winter I have had to call the Greenfield, MA DPW to have them finish Plowing or Salting the end of Factory Hollow. USPS has refused to deliver the mail due to the conditions. I'm tired of this.
