Wait til Sukuna busts out a Shikigami he hasn't used since the Heian era. There were some audio issues in this video, and some next week, will be resolved shortly. Sorry! Socials: / luka_levi / discord
Finally made a Discord server! So for everyone asking/interested, head on over: discord.gg/YDyt8YSY Come join me and other morons on our quest to create RU-vid 2!
I was deeply upset when Luka, aka Satoru Gojo, a RU-vidr I had admired for his insightful commentary and reviews, betrayed my trust. Despite frequently discussing “Jujutsu Kaisen” (JJK) and presenting himself as a knowledgeable fan, Luka confessed to never having read the manga or watched the anime. This revelation felt like a personal betrayal because I had relied on his opinions and recommendations, believing he genuinely understood and appreciated the series. Discovering that he had no real engagement with JJK has ruined my life and left me feeling deceived and let down.
@@itsofficiallypluto3670 nah the 10S shikigami are lowkey gassed up only the last few and totality are really all that "strong-strong" but it just depends on how you use them because they can all be "strong" if used properly
It's actually possible. The final 2 Shikigami before Mahoraga (the Deer and the Ox) could kill one of the deer negates their powers and the Ox charges full speed. Tho that's if the Limitless user gets cocky and tries to tank it
Shikigami don't need to be tamed, they are created by the user as an extension of their CT. 10S is unique in that the shadows need to be tamed individually.
I feel like the rabbit fusion makes any shadow functionally immortal since you can just hide one and then they're never fully destroyed. Which might be why Gege refused to have Megumi or Sukuna do it
He forgot: - Dhruv's shikigami - Kogane(s) - Jogo's ember insects (They aren't explicitly stated to be shikigami, but they do fit the lame ass definition) I checked the wiki to see if I missed any and turns out the "list of know shikigami" has the same omissions Luca has in his videos, so we know why he forgot those specifically In addition, regarding the shikigami in Dagon's domain (The ones that constitute its sure hit effect, not the one's Dagon could spawn from his body), they instantly appear on the target, they never become invisible He wasn't lying when he said he did not read the manga. At least he out calls Legumi for not using shikigami fusion more
The fact that 2 mid shikigami 1 unknown shikigami and 1 pretty good shikigami can fuse and be on par with the strongest in the verse really highlights how powerful 10 shadows is, and how much of a fraud megumi is, like seriously what a bum
11:08 we did TECHNICALLY see the innocent verdict during the fight with Sukuna when Itadori called for a retrial on his case. Very technically, this was still Itadori's case, him and Sukuna being the defendants, which resulted in Sukuna's death penalty and TECHNICALLY Itadori's innocent verdict (although it was never explicitly mentioned)
Any like actual criticism is that Totality is a 10 shadows technique that merges shikigami together not just the name of the fused dog, but it's not like a huge thing and I can see the confusion. Good video as always, love seeing your work
7:40 man... When I first saw that Ox, I immidiately thought thats how Sukuna is going to kill Gojo. Just imagine after traveling Gojo's "Infinity" that Ox would have do infinite damage but nooooooooo... We got World Cutting Asspull...
@@smileyfaceproductions7477 You want me to explain how a durability negating one shot attack that kills one of the strongest is an asspull? Really? Mahoraga's first adaptation was way better and realistic solution, Gege could have just not write "I couldn't copy the first adaptation" shit for Sukuna and wear down Gojo gradually until finally kill him... In that way we would have seen that Sukuna is actually the strongest and also we wouldn't have Lobotomy Kaisen... 🤣
@@emrepalapi That isn't an asspull. TL;Dr the adaptation was hinted at before, didn't contradict anything in the story, and only acted as a blueprint for Sukuna to use. Wearing Gojo down isn't an option since Gojo has Infinity and I'm sure Sukuna cannot tank a point blank max output purple. Sukuna still is the strongest since he actually performed WCS HIMSELF with what Maho taught em. The win condition was time, not strength. - the yap session: A asspull is described as "A hastily fabricated explanation or contrived plot twist." Being further described as: "a term used to describe a sudden, unexpected plot development or resolution that feels contrived, illogical, or inconsistent with the established rules or logic of the story." From the beginning of the fight, and from prior context, we know how MAHORAGAs adaptation works. In the anime, Mahoraga gained resistance to not only cleave and dismantle, but all cutting attacks *in general.* This hints at MAHORAGAs adaption going further once fully adapted. The win condition of Sukuna Vs Gojo wasn't strength, but time. From the start Sukuna explicitly said he was going to "remove the scales" off of GoatJo, and would use Mahoraga to do so. This doesn't contradict anything in the past, and it didn't come from anywhere. The main trouble Sukuna faced was trying to make sure Mahoraga doesn't get fucking eviscerated in a single blow. It isn't asspull, it's just win conditions because Sukuna wouldn't have any other way to bypass Infinity.. and also I don't know why you said this when Mahoraga only gave Sukuna a blueprint..
@@smileyfaceproductions7477 so "Gojo won" and the next panel "Gojo is death" isnt a plot twist out of nowhere? You are saying wearing down Gojo is not possible yet Gojo and Sukuna were less then half of their full strength, if wearing Gojo down is impossible how can be weared down to half strength? First adaptation which turning off the infinity was the real shit, if Gege wasn't trying to surprise the readers with an plot twist, we would have a complete fight but noooooo... The definition you gave for an Asspull is what Gege does CONSTANTLY, he always pull something out nowhere and 2-3 chapter later he explains it with flash back, its literally his writing style 🤣
@@emrepalapi That isn't an asspull, that's just a wacky plot twist. I mean, I don't like Gojo getting off screened from outta nowhere either, but saying it's an asspull is js wrong because it was built up and hinted at before. It ain't asspull, and the examples you have aren't asspull either, it's just 1. Convenience 2. Gege just writing crazy
@@sirincomp They aren't explicitly stated to be shikigami, but we know that they are an extension technique of Jogo's "Disaster flames". They do seem to fit the definition of a shikigami, and wwe know that some cursed techniques like "Star rage" can manifest shikigami while not primarily being shikigami summoning techniques, I think we have enough evidence to establish their nature as shikigami
It's actually insane that the starter Pokemon equivalent of a shikigami is special grade level, in fact it can literally one shot a special grade inside an incomplete domain. Unbelievable busted Happy mens mental health month!🥳
