I did listen to this while I watched that Superman TAS episode ‘Monkey Fun’. Season 2, episode 13. The one where a space chimp named Titano returns to Earth, and grows big. King Kong sized. They played the ‘Pop Goes The Weasel’ song in that, similar to this. Only instead of listening to ‘Pop Goes The Weasel’ song in that episode, I listen to this instead. True story.
