Muy buena explicacion. Solamente en el último ejemplo no es grado 3, es grado 4, ya que el punto mas saliente es +10 cm y la longitud vaginal es 10, y diez menos 2 es 8, por lo tanto el punto mas saliente es mayor que 8 (LVT-2).
POP Q is therefore for quantification of either 2degree Or 3 degree descent. Is it? And also how can cervix descend without attending cystocoele in your last example?

Gh is measured from Center of urethral opening to navicular fossa . And pb is measured from navicular fossa to center of anus !! Pelvic orgen prolapse is a very subjective diagnosis , so what ppl have tried is to make it recordable universally and that's whey the measurements are being taken and noted to well document the prolapse.

I have a doubt ....is there any difference between level of introitus and hymen....why do we consider hymen as reference point?? We could have considered introitus as reference as in shaws classification
