Just got done listening to backseat myself, honestly I give it 6/10. Pnb was definitely the carry there, idk it just wasnt for Pop smoke in my opinion, PNB had a better melodic flow and his voice just fitted the beat and his hook was catchy but at the end it felt lack lustering. Pop smoke, yea he at least tried i'll give him that, but the beat just wasnt for him and how slow it was going, doesnt fit the low toned voice he has. It wasnt a miss but it wasnt the best either.
he never officially did his verse, it was a draft version but it wasn't ready to be put on a track, don't know why he didn't finish anyway tho, would've been hard
They aint wack... they give their honest opinion. For me i like the mellow tracks but i respect their opinion. Alot of fans of pop smoke became fans cuz of his regular stuff and its okay to not like the mellow tracks

The original Imperfections was a vibe they just used a different beat on the deluxe but whatever Pop was experimenting and trying to grow his sound so thats why these were deluxe songs so some of those songs shouldn’t be taken too seriously as if they were on the original
