POP-UP Master Class with Matthew Reinhart: Reverse Layer 

Greetings, Pop-Up Master Class students, welcome back to pop-up school! Today's lesson invloves taking a simple mechanism we learned very early on,(the layer actually) and sort of turning it inside out to make (drumroll please)... THE REVERSE LAYER! It's not really something THAT spectacular, but it's important in a lot of the pop-ups I create. I encourage you students to push beyond the "rules" of this mechanism, so that you can get bigger, more expressive movement with your own reverse layer pops. I am ALL about breaking the rules!
