Come see the assembled view of my pop up tent (with netting) from Big Lots. The first picture is from the Big Lots ad.
I give it 4 stars, mostly due to the looks and value. It has the potential to last a little while based on another RU-vid influencers review. Her channel is 'Erica Nicole Mayes.' She was very helpful in my decision. I wish the instructions had words and not just pictures. I highly recommend weights for the legs. This is day 1, so we’ll see how it goes. I also recommend a ‘sun shade’ for the sides. It keeps the bugs out, but when the sun is rising and setting, it comes in through the sidewalls and there's no way to block it. Its not 100% bug proof either. Bugs can get in from the bottom and when its unzipped of course. (Excuse my lingo, I was being tough)

OMG! Thank you for this! When you said stupid hooks and string, I was like yes they are!!! I couldn't get the netting right, but I'm going to go back and try again with the 2 hook count like you said.

It looks good and will probably serve the purpose. I've had two of the higher dollar Gazebos ($499) and you are right, they last maybe a year and then they are trash. The frames always rust at the solder points. I need something for the backyard though, and I've been looking at this model. I like the idea of being able to pop it up and take it down with ease - or so they say. Thanks for the video. UPDATE: I purchased one in 2022 and it did better than the high end priced one. The canopy top deteriorated though due to sun and weather so I purchased a second one for 2024. At $100 (on sale), I don't have a problem with this. You can purchase just the canopy top from a company called Garden Winds for around $55, so now I have two of these.

Just so ya’ll know this is NOT easy to take up and down. Me, my husband and 19 yr old son had a really hard time getting it up. I can’t imagine taking it down after all this. And we still don’t have the net right. Idk what we’ll do when we have a bad storm. 😫

I just put mine up unfortunately some of the parts bent and snapped so the top isn’t up correctly. I’ll try again tomorrow.

I just purchased one and the instructions are no help at all. Now I see how to do the netting. I got mine for a good price so I ordered because my last one blew away in a rain storm.😡 I plan on just taking this one up and down because it can get windy sometimes too where I live. Is yours still holding up?
