Dylan Bleier All of us who believe in SAVING OUR FRICKEN PLANET have various belief systems. One of many things this Lutheran loves about pope Francis, is HE doesn't care what anyone believes or doesn't believe. He says DO GOOD! I hear him, you all hear him, TIME TO ROCK OUR WORLD!

Grumpy Lutheran Meanwhile he sweeps sex abuse under the rug while his "religion" stockpiles billions in assets. You think the Catholic church is going to spend a dime on fighting "climate change"? If you do you are an idiot.

BadKidAdvil That is how we know none of you is a Catholic ; ) True Catholics reject the heresies of this False Prophet. Indeed, this man is far from being the Vicar of Jesus Christ. Rather, he is a Freemason who is here to promote rebellion against God.

The defenders of popery declare that the church has been maligned; and the Protestant world are inclined to accept the statement. Many urge that it is unjust to judge the church of today by the abominations and absurdities that marked her reign during the centuries of ignorance and darkness. They excuse her horrible cruelty as the result of the barbarism of the times, and plead that the influence of modern civilization has changed her sentiments. Have these persons forgotten the claim of infallibility put forth for eight hundred years by this haughty power? So far from being relinquished, this claim has been affirmed in the nineteenth century with greater positiveness than ever before. As Rome asserts that she “never erred, and never can err,“ how can she renounce the principles which governed her course in past ages? The papal church will never relinquish her claim to infallibility. All that she has done in her persecution of those who reject her dogmas, she holds to be right; and would she not repeat the same acts, should the opportunity be presented? Let the restraints now imposed by secular governments be removed, and Rome be re-instated in her former power, and there would speedily be a revival of her tyranny and persecution. A recent writer [Josiah Strong, D.D., In “Our Country,” pp. 46-48.] speaks thus of the attitude of the papal hierarchy as regards freedom of conscience, and of the perils which especially threaten the United States from the success of her policy:-

J Heezy You did a superb job. I shared the trailer widely, and was so surprised that so few of my friends, or my husband's, actually watched or commented on the trailer. Their loss. I am a fan of all religions, and none at all, and identify as Christian, Muslim, Hindu, and Buddhist too. There is incredible wisdom and guidance in all of them. I look for that, and ignore what doesn't work for me, rather than ignore (or condemn) a whole religion. As Babaji said: "Everything on earth is of mixed character, like the mingling of sand and sugar. Be like the wise ant which seizes only the sugar, and leaves the sand untouched."

If you are a Protestant...you should dig up to understand what that stood for and should be standing for. This institution persecuted and killed millions and through inquisition stole property of those who dared stand up for the pure faith of Jesus in His word. This institution banned bibles and if found with one you were burnt 🔥 at the stake. That power that it had in the dark days is the same power it is seeking today. This institution is Satan's mouth piece according to the bible..The Beast power of Revelation 13. Study your Bible.. for in it, are the ways of salvation John 5:39. God bless you as you seek Him..not mere mortal.

I'm just wondering, do people not read the bible. If they read about the beast of revelation, they'd see that it's this Catholic religion and read that the pope is blasphemous and an evil, evil man. I don't think the catholic people themselves are evil, there's probably a lot of good Christians in the catholic religion. But the catholic system of worship, is the beast system and people used to know the until the last hundred years or so when it seems to be swept under the rug. Probably about the same time people started falling away from God.

“The Constitution of the United States guarantees liberty of conscience. Nothing is dearer or more fundamental. Pope Pius IX., in his Encyclical Letter of August 15, 1854, said: ‘The absurd and erroneous doctrines or ravings in defense of liberty of conscience, are a most pestilential error-a pest, of all others, most to be dreaded in a State.’ The same pope, in his Encyclical Letter of December 8, 1864, anathematized ‘those who assert the liberty of conscience and of religious worship,’ also ‘all such as maintain that the church may not employ force.’

@houlepn
@houlepn 9 лет назад
sfappetrupavelandrei Since the Pope is being portrayed in a positive though humorous way then I don't see why it would be deemed offensive. Maybe it seems offensive to very conservative people (or to AGW "skeptics"). But conservative feelings aren't sacred. They are political attitudes and hence fair game for satire in non repressive countries.
@sfappetrupavelandrei
@sfappetrupavelandrei 9 лет назад
It has nothing to do with politics so don't mix those things together. Catholic services and catholic priests/cardinals/popes should inspire a certain state of mind and heart to others. This is the same reason catholics don't jump and dance at their services like protestants do. Jesus is not a clown who jumps and pretends to fight others and neither the Holy Fathers were. I don't know what catholic church has become recently but in the Orthodox Church this kind of behaviour would be insulting and considered a profanity.
@houlepn
@houlepn 9 лет назад
sfappetrupavelandrei Yes, in the Orthodox Church, this behavior would possibly be considered profanity. But this isn't occurring an Orthodox, or Catholic church. This is occurring on RU-vid. Critical thinking, parody, humor and satire have a broader scope in the public space than they have in religious sites of worship.
