Well blow me down. Compilation covering the titles found on the cartoons on the Warner Archive Popeye the Sailor: The 1940s, Volume 1 Blu-ray set. While the quality of the actual cartoons...varies, putting it nicely, these Popeye discs are actually some of the best classic cartoon Blu-rays on the market transfer-wise and I'd totally recommend them. Just be aware, like with other vids of this type, there's some racist shit that pops up. Oh well.
Cartoons in this video:
Her Honor, The Mare (1943)
The Marry-Go-Round (1943)
We’re On Our Way To Rio (1944)
The Anvil Chorus Girl (1944)
Spinach Packin’ Popeye (1944)
Puppet Love (1944)
Pitchin’ Woo At The Zoo (1944)
Moving Aweigh (1944)
She-Sick Sailors (1944)
Pop-Pie A La Mode (1945)
Tops In The Big Top (1945)
Shape Ahoy (1945)
For Better Or Nurse (1945)
Mess Production (1945)

Jack Mercer wrote and animated some of these stories, and voiced Popeye as well.

I heard that theme at the beginning at 9:27 meaning that this cartoon is a a.a.p. reissue!

Summary of The Anvil Chorus Girl episode: Inside Ye Village Smithy, we see... Bluto striking his head with two hammers repeatedly against an anvil. The End.

Some magnificent hand-lettering there, on all of them.

It's pretty amazing, after decades of washed-out TV distributor prints, to see these in their original Technicolor glory. "Her Honor the Mare" is still a lousy cartoon, though.

W'ere on our way to Rio remind me of the Disney segment Aquarela do Brazil and Donald Duck at Lake Titicaca

Agreed; it was also the only Popeye cartoon that never had any black fade sequences in it, too.

I always thought the ‘Y’ in the logo was the number 4 as a kid.
