This is why I always check my stuff before I drive off. I can't count how many times they forget ketchup in the bag even when specfically asking for it in the drive-thru. I now wait to check before I move from the window for any fast food restaurants. For your larger order, it's best to count it before driving away. It happens too often, even the best ones can't always get it right.

When you order a lot is when they would screw up and forget something.

Not only did those burgers look absolutely scrumptious, I'd just love somewhere that does Mac n Cheese as a side.
