Yes, Finally! A real ass battle! Heavy hitters, great music, and lots of energy. All of these guys are some of my favorites in the game, and they all came ready to win. Frantick especially coming with the heat, last round was straight fire!!!
I am just glad that KB didn't get shook after losing to Greenteck twice consecutively, not intimated by their battle tactics and hit right back. Love his attitude here.
Finally someone who gets it! So many fake dancers here who dont know shit about battling. These are tactics, and when someone burns you, you burn back. Its as simple as that. Im a green-fanboy all the way, but the other team killed it as well!
@@abel9179 you are so right, many people in todays culture of taking offense to everything, just take everything so personally in a dance battle. Green and Frantick are tight and Green seems friendly whenever ive seen him battle against or with kid boogie too so, people are just too soft when they see some intimidation / battle tactics going on.
Frantick and JROCK stole the show! never thought I’d be fast forwarding through GREENS rounds he’s predictable in this battle “pop to the left pop to the right” bend over repeat ..but what do I know? they’d all smoke me in a battle! I’m just old ass popper from the 80’s. Love this shit!! All 4 of you KEEP BANGING!!!
I like Greenteck so much for years. Especially about his style. Battle tactics and tauntings are ok and you can try it on some battles especially if your opponent is not so experienced but come on you shouldn't and couldn't do these on Boogie Frantick & Kid Boogie :D They are boss monsters :) These are shows you so ridiculous against them. What a shame :) I wish i couldnt see Green in like situation :)
J rock n green can't unnerve frantick he's a real g the animation was on point shows that the eb style can't always win anymore so they try to bully not to day
@@GrowingDownUnder LOL that would be great. But I think prince & franqey/dickson do not stand a chance on battle tactics against greenteck. It is also funny that Green can really love the dudes on the opposite side but still act like he truly thinks they are trash when battling.
jrock and greenteck deserve each other. Two toxic dancers intoxicating their weird, bullying, egotistic selves. Just love the dance, respect your fellow dancers, and elevate your craft. That's better than belittling and being insecure.
That's old school battle tactics for ya. Its mind games, you get in your opponents head and it can cause them to make a mistake which then you can capitalize on. People that have been in the battle scene for a long as the dancers in this video are used to that old school approach to battling.
So you should not call it a battle, since in a real battle that kind of thing is a normal part, things that have been lost in the last decade, especially when it was massed in Asia ... I think you are confusing what a battle is with Common tournament rounds that are practically friendly, but shouldn't be called a battle because they are not a real battle.
So many feelings in the comment section. I wish they wouldn’t battle and would instead hold hands and praise each other all night. That would so much better than this. Then maybe my feelings wouldn’t come out so easily. This intensity is leaving my face wet.
Hands up for Kid & Boogie Frantick! Mad props to Greenteck for skill ( I've seen him better ) but I have to say jrock not on my roster, reminds me of witnessing a wedding dancer, missing some flow in terms of real strutting/ locking style. Just my opinion of course!
Jrock why did Boogie call you a biter at 2:16? What he talkin bout? LOL Still amazes me how good you've gotten!...Btw I like that little angle at 2:29 I think ima steal that.
@@azboldazalion1938 Yeah I realized, and thats no ones move lol... Anyone can do that shit, Salah and Bobbin Ronnie to name a few, but they didn't event it.
@@azboldazalion1938 just a guess but because its a finger tut and the MGF connection maybe Jsmooth? Not sure if i associate that exact move with him though
@@c3066521 J smooth didn't create that move though.. I know he can do it but if anything Boppin Ronnie was one of the first people doing that or even Flattop probably had discovered that at some point. That move is everyone's to use, kind of like the W sit... You can't copyright those kinds of things.. Also it's not WHAT you do it's HOW you do it that makes it a true bite.
@@MZKworldwide Yesterday before I saw this video I found out that Fabel wasn't VP of RSC anymore so I was like damn maybe Frantick and Green weren't MZK anymore. Lol
This was a good battle but Boogie Frantick and Kid Boogie bodied them. J Rock was okay but he was the weakest link in this battle. Greenteck has done better and his cockiness didn't do him any favors this time.
Opinions here are cool n all but I think if none of us were there at that event we can't really judge who's who and what BOTH gave them shizz at that floor so props to both!
First Round: Greenteck beat KB. It's the same old thing. Greenteck is dynamic and the difficulty level is at the top. Great musicality too. KB, again, is too conservative. He just does the same hard hits and vibration hits, then waves, and minimal dynamic movement. Amazing technician at what he does, but that's about all he does. At least in battles recently. I preferred Jrocks first round. Big fan of frantick, but I can't stand the ground stuff that he and slim do. Frantick is an amazing popper and showed it here, but it's just the same hit heavy and ticking with character. But jrocks style matched the music and again he was much more dynamic and funky. Sencond round: Green again. KB is just too tight into his movements. It's almost like he is doing something completely different every round, but it all kind of looks the same. He's such a technically elite popper too, but I always ask "What else?" He needs to just open up more and take risks. Everything seems like he's more focused on being perfect with everything that it holds him back. Frantick won this one based on battling. He had a great response. His foundation is unbelievable tbh. Jrock was much more diverse and smooth, and I thought during his round that Frantick wouldn't be able to match that. But Frantick killed that second round. Idk I'd like another round for each tbh. I personally edge it towards Green/jrock. But what surprises me is how KB/frantick won that outright? Green clearly won both of his rounds. Even if you give both to Frantick that is an extra round, no?
thing is u kinda dont get it. didnt u see the end where theyr happy? this is 4 poppers who are friends bringing some heat and a real battle for u! frantick and green are close, and even in the same crew. chill its a battle!
poor people like a @GWizJackson and @Auron710...kids you are funny. There was maaany times..topics and talks...discussing battles and tactics...and so many times its been said...that you can battle hard and simultaneously respect your opponent ! Dont you think Boogie Frantick and K.Boogie earned for their respects ? Educate people ! Leave the houses, computers...and get to the people.
xgeraldiswhoax lol 😂 you got jokes. Too bad I already have 30+ first place wins in 1 vs 1 against the best in the world. I would have really had my feelings hurt on that one! Go pick on someone with low self esteem my dude. You’re wasting your energy on me.
Greenteck is old cold my man... He just needs to be more humble that would actually add to how people perceive his dance. I think he rubs people the wrong way with his battle tactics sometimes.. I love Jrock but if I have to be real, the reason they lost is because of his rounds not Green's. Jrock's first round was fire and easy to see what he was doing, his 2nd round was a bit too technical and slow for most people's eyes... He was hitting hard af, was never off beat, and showing VERY strong foundations, but the things Kid Boogie and Frantick did were just more eye pleasing, and people like to see a faster pace when it comes to hitting beats.
@@in_vas_por8810 Green also got smoked in his rounds too. Kid Boogie out popped him and the beats of this battle was for popping bang bang not just boogaloo with taunting activities.
@@ililiilili3366 I thought that Kid Boogie wrecked Greenteck in the first AND second round. Kid Boogie's approach to the first round was much better and Greenteck was trying too hard in the second round.
Greenteck won his rounds against Kid Boogie, I got my rounds on Frantick. Much respect to Frantick for being solid, and calm, couple nice burns too that both were funny. Clean and on point. I just did more. Tek did more. Level of difficulty in Teks movement vs KBs, variation in my styles and movement vs Frantick’s. Cool if you don’t agree. Just know we don’t care about people’s opinions that can’t do what we do. 🤘🏼 L not accepted. Lol.
JRock Nelson The hell you talking ‘bout boyyy? Ur smoked. Accept the L. You were CLEARLY not clean. Difficulty in movements doesn’t mean shit. Movements needs to be understandable... urs aren’t. :)💁🏽
@@miraj940 what the fuvk do you know... Fuvk out if here dude... How can you even say that can you even dance... Do you know what this dance is about... Jay rock and green brought the full style of popping /EB through on a high level... Frantic was dope and smooth... Level of hits variations and transition into different styles that Jay rock took hands down ... Kid boogie was dope but just Boogaloo and waves where as green had some high level shizzzz popping movement levels different hits... Dude you know nothing... All were dope and are heavy hitters in the game but those that know... Defs know who took that... No favoritism at all
