It's been 2 years... How nostalgic! Everyone was so hyped. Good times...

Everything looks so much better in general. The design for mommy long legs is cute but also terrifying given the context. The way that she moves is uncanny. And in puzzle-wise, it seems like there’s going to be more puzzles and they’re going to be more complicated.

“Mommy doesn’t like guests.” This is officially one of the most uncanny things I’ve ever watched and heard in my life. I am excited but also horrified at the same time for this new chapter.

I love the inspiration this game takes from 90’s-2000’s toys. Like obviously the first chapter had it too but toys like huggy or poppy have more the general vibe of that era of toys. I don’t think I could make a direct comparison to any single toy, but I took one look at that rubbery pink thing and went “oh that’s a Betty spaghetty doll”. Which is a very fun realization to come to

Dude, who animates the movements in this game? The body language and slithering hands are both so smooth and so horrifying to look at, just like Chapter 1. Incredibly well done.

You can tell this chapter is going to feel more like what the full game is going to be like. In my opinion the first chapter felt more like a tutorial, which I think it’s kinda meant to be. So I’m really excited for this

Looking back on this trailer after watching Chapter 3's teaser trailer... All I can say is it's a massive improvement. Can't wait to see this game fully make it's way into the horror genre.

I love that so many good horror games with actual thought put into them have been popping up lately, especially this gem. Though jeez do I HATE creepy pink dolls with really stretchable limbs. Like, seriously.

This entire thing is perfect. It shows the new character and a new grab pack hand not to mention the design and how it shows how the hand actually works. The voice acting was well done too, overall it’s amazing.

Something I appreciate is how the designs of these characters actually look like a toy we would see in stores.

Also, it appears to be coming out of the ceiling, so maybe it’s whole mechanic is it’ll surprise attack you from the ceiling. Also, a little pass <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="55">0:55</a> you can see multiple versions of Huggy Wuggy coming out of holes in the wall. Including the original one, which means he’s still alive. Which also suggest that Kissy Missy is somewhere in the game even if she’s not the main enemy.

I love that the creators are really leaning into what makes some toys so genuinely unsettling for this franchise - the character designs and the way they move and talk are so perfect. Really looking forward to this.

The new mommy character at first I thought wasn’t going to scare me but after taking a few extra looks… yeah she’s gonna be real creepy I can already tell. And something tells me Huggy Wuggy isn’t out for the count just yet which I can’t wait for! As the name of the chapter implies, I’m willing to bet there will be sections of this chapter where we will have to evade her, not exactly run but avoid otherwise instant death. Ooo my mind’s just racing with possibilities!

Nobody is talking about just how huge this enemy has the capability to be. If that IS the same Huggy that fell off the bridge and not a small figure, then take into consideration that the Huggy that chased you is about 2 times taller than you. The new enemy's hand grabs it like a small doll. She could easily crush your bones to powder with a single hand. This is far more dangerous than Huggy, with her stretchy arms and legs. I'm so glad they gave her a new design. I wasn't expecting her to be so human. But I'm glad she's not a reskinned huggy wuggy. Unless she's NOT kissy missy... but "mommy long legs" They're going above and beyond with this one. This one's going full sci-fi too. I mean it always was, but the electric hand takes the cake. I'm excited for it.

I Have A Theory: If This Trailer For Chapter 2 Released 3 Months Before The Chapter Itself Released, Then The Trailer For Chapter 3 Should Be Releasing Sometime In September. Idk If That's Correct, But I'm Just Speaking My Mind Edit 1: It Is Currently October 27 At The Time Of Writing This, And It Still Hasn't Released. So I Would Now Expect It During The Very End Of October, Or Maybe Even November? Im Not Sure, And I'm Also Not Trying To Rush The Devs, Even Tho I'm Hyped For This New Chapter. Edit 2: It's Now The 3rd Of December, And We Have Long To Get A Trailer. I'm Starting To Worry For Them. What If They Are Having Trouble Planning Everything Out? Neither Or Less, We Are Now In It's Release Month, So The Only Thing We Can Do, Is Wait...

It's incredible how the monsters look so incredibly organic, how their animatnions don't even really look like animations, because of how seamlessly they move. I agree about chapter 1, Huggy Wuggy's attack through the vents has to have been one of the most terrifying chase scenes I've ever seen! I'm interested in facing down "Mommy", my personal guess is that she'll be an entirely new threat, probably relying more on traps, snares and cunning to corner us, rather than large size and brute strength like Huggy. Based on the imagery of her dragging Huggy around, I think it's heavily implied she's in a whole other league of dangerous compared to our previous opponent, and a box to the face won't be quite enough to get the best of her. As a final thought, it's interesting how Poppy seems to be wary of "Mommy" as well; makes me question who's the worst threat. The fact that "mommy" wants to play also seems to imply she's not just a warden like Huggy, but something just as dangerous as Poppy, waiting to lure unsuspecting prey. Maybe we'll even have to cooperate with Poppy, in a "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" type scenario, since neither of us will alone have what it takes to survive "Mommy" for long.

I love how she looks like she can be played as a toy while still looking creepy af. I think the developers must've had a difficult time balancing the cuteness of toys mixed with the creepiness you feel when playing with your dolls while making "Mommy long legs", as the fans put it lol.
