@@fkg360 very true! It has always been debated who sang the song first. Although to be totally honest, it is mutually agreed upon that Paul Anka wrote the song. The debate is whether Frank or Popsie sung their version first. Frank released it in 1969 and Popsie was singing his version live around the same time. The debate rages on!
