He is going to be successful and the harmony working with the staff is very coordinated. And the food looks delicious. I live in Orlando and we have some Japanese restaurant but can’t compare with the ones in Japan. And the prices here are outrageous. Why so inexpensive the food there?
Historically, Japan's government has subsidized the costs of food and beverage production to maintain lower consumer pricing. These economic policies are in the process of being phased out due to high inflation rates which have made the past economic strategies unsustainable.
It's too bad the old master didn't pass along the exact recipes to someone who is obviously committed to the restaurant. Definitely a negative legacy...
