F black is so underrated, the best by far besides explorer in my opinion, but F black is for the fall/winter time and explorer more for spring/summer time
Been randomly experimenting with frags for the last 6 months and Explorer comped, Aventus didnt. The girl smelled me 3 times with Explorer..she didn't want to leave my presence. I was shocked it lived up to the hype. It was kinda crazy to see my research through following the frag community actually pulled me a comp in the streets, and then see it again in the SoCal Scents vid.
Good job my friends I like that you let the girls try the drydowns too. It's the most correct time too make the choice if the fragrance is good or bad. Keep up the good work Greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰

i have discovered that Pure Havane's dry down is a heavy compliment getter from women. The dry down is when the famed Amen caramel/french vanilla/cocoa vibe comes to the fore mixed with the cherry piped tobacco accord. It is the most pleasant part of the fragrance which your guest clearly likes a lot. The good thing is that the fragrance performs well so for about 4 hours the dry down projects and is picked up by others around you. The first two hours on the other hand is heavily complimented by men as the piped tobacco accord is strongest in the opening and mid of the fragrance and is perceived by guys as an established masculine cool upper tier cuban gangster/cartel type smell. (which guy doesnt want to smell like that! LOL.). The Amen line being gourmand and non linear in nature is also best tested on the skin...sooooo much better than off a strip. Explorer does smell good but the performance isnt great. 4 hrs max of any meaningful performance. CDNIM is a better option.
I'm really curious to see her opinion on Club de Nuit Intense man since she likes Explorer so much. My husband has been layering those 2 fragrances and smells exactly like his 2010 bottle of Aventus.
We probably will never feature it as we don’t really rock with the clones. CDNIM smells like pinesol to us 😂, so I bet it smells way better when explorer is mixed with it.
@@SoCalScents Wow Pine Sol really, thanks for warning me! 😅 I hate that scent and any close to it. I think Hermes is close to that territory. I think its for people that never lived around trees? But to be fair Explorer is a Aventis clone. Mont Blanc is the Clone House and most of their frag performance is so weak, its intermediate at best (like Coach) just can't take them seriously compared to Versace, Armani, Dior, YSL, Paco, etc.
I’m pretty sure she smelt L’venture on a guy and just fell in love with the scent characteristic since it’s the fruity batch clone of aventus and that’s what explorer is going for. But explorer performance is all that great and doesn’t smell as close but it’s not bad.

Picked up a MBE tester for $50 for a 100ml Included in my order Bois De Vetiver and a replacement bottle of Coach for Men. $108 for all three 100ml bottles. I like fresh and clean scents to use in the office. I'm down to my last few wearings of TF Grey Vetiver and there's no way am I paying over a $100 for one bottle. My order is a solid line up for this summer
Do you own it? If thats the case its definitely a hell no for F Black. Based on everything I've heard people either love or hate it, no in between! Sounds too formal (Black), powdery, "baby wipes" smell, not a blind buy. Now I get the advertising.

Some guys rather know the truth, like Shantal confirmed, other guys have no clue their frag maybe giving the wrong impression of themself. If you don't really care what most women think or even Shantal, then why bother even doing the tests with women?? ..to find the exception to the rule that "some" may like it on a guy!? 😆 That defeats the whole point of doing the tests with women 💪
