Augustus The Strong, King of Poland, founded a 20,000 piece porcelain collection in 1715, originating from Meissen, China and Japan. It is beautifully displayed in the Zwinger Palace in Dresden Germany. When in Germany, a visit to this display “is a must do”. We spent half a day admiring the beautiful artistic items. When in Dresden, one cannot go past the Semper Oper, one of the world’s finest opera houses and adjacent to The Zwinger Palace.

Dresden, The Opera house, the substantial buildings and the exhibition at the Zwinger Palace show us again that there is a beautiful world out there for us to enjoy. We need to look beyond Covid and ignore the woke movement.

I am always trying to express my emotions using music, sequence and drawing attention to details. I often find a narrative distracting. Like an artist, let the presentation tell the story. We all base our assessment on our experiences

I was fortunate that the sun was shining. I came unprepared with a standard lens on the Nikon D700 and no speedlite. I am glad that you like the presentation.
