If you guys think about it it's not so much work around than wanting for steaming to be done. But you can do whatever during 2 hours = watch your favorite Woody Ellen movie?

Hi CiCi. It looks great and I would like to cook it but I can get only fresh mustard greens or pickled ones here in Europe. Is it posible to use fresh geens? Or do you know how the preserved ones are made? Thanks

If I remember correctly, it's nearly the same fermentation-preservation process that is used to turn green tea into black tea. I'm sure you could find some documentation about it. You should use preserved as the flavor is drastically different. You would at least want to smoke the mustard greens if not.

You could also replace it with soybean sauce or oyster sauce will do too. ☺️
