These are so damn good, I did some a few months back. I'll edit the video eventually but the finished product is on my homepage header. I went with candied jalapenos in between the roll up on the pork belly. I always look forward to the careful grill placement! Couple vids ago when you sent it sailing into the wall was a work of art brother! Cheers
These work great in the kettle, just keep the temps stable, the good old snake is perfect for it. @nokiadude82 Ha ha it is a great looking sword, I mean knife 😉
Another banger Schuey! I might have to go see Mick, it's a bit out of the way and I won't be buying chicken from him! I tell ya mate the ANZACS would be proud of ya, don't change mate!
Schuey, i watch and love all of your clips, but you cant say that we in australia has access to slabs of any meat!! Our cows are the size of shetland ponies, our pigs are the size of labradors and our lamb is the size of border collies! Where does all the stuff that has grown enough to actually have some meat on it go? Can you please ask Mick
Hey mate, I haven't converted myself @justindavis8420. I have more BBQ's that haven't been used in my videos, yet. They are a great addition and perfect for busy people and as a single Dad, the pellet grill comes in real handy some days.
I reckon Mick the butcher cops some unreasonable flak , those chickens just laying there , undressed and MOIST giving a bloke the eye , if a bloke strays is it necessarily ALL his fault ....... Just saying
Why @adamb1629? They are the fastest growing BBQ sector. They have a seen a rise in over 300% in the last few years. Most competition teams now use them, some restaurants use them. I'm not converting, just mixing it up a little. It's okay.
