Time to make some delicious outdoor Gurkha style pork curry. This Nepalese curry is full of delicious flavours and textures. Hop in and learn to cook this tasty dish. Best served with rice, or plain roti
(flatbread).
Ingredients:
• 3kg pork meat
• Fresh pak choi
• 5 medium onions, finely sliced
• 8 small tomatoes, finely sliced
• 1 lemon
• 1 handful fresh coriander leaves chopped
• 8 padron chilli peppers, if preferred
• Ginger and garlic paste
• Fresh ginger and garlic, peeled and finely grated
• Pig’s blood
• Vegetable oil
• Turmeric powder
• Red chilli powder
• Salt
• Fenugreek seeds
• Garam masala
