So this is the debut episode of the #MenThatCook #adventure #series, and we are taking off with a trip to Barbados 🇧🇧
The captain of this culinary flight is Uncle Erskine Douglas MBE. He is currently working as a Civil Servant. He played and coached Ice hockey including the GB under 18 & 20 at multiple world championship and also a Director of Coaching for the English ice hockey.
It was an absolute privilege being his sous chef; as I learned so many kitchen and life hacks. I hope you enjoy watching this episode as much we enjoyed making it.
